ABOUT ME

For my whole life, I have been constantly intrigued by the power of words. Ever since I picked up a book at a young age, the way a story can move a person has been the driving force behind my career. I am very lucky to say my career so far has been shaped by this passion, and every day I find a way to love what I do more and more.

I have previously been employed at Domain and The Canberra Times, where I wrote a variety of content, from breaking news to feature articles to property-related advice columns. While I studied journalism at the University of Canberra, I pursued writing and content creation about my other passions, including the fight for human rights as well as the Australian music scene, books and sports. I was able to pump my passion into the work I created, which allowed me to work hard enough to graduate as the stop student from my class. I am also currently undertaking a life-long goal of writing my first novel.

In my spare time, you will either (and most likely) find me with my nose in a book, or at the gym, or trying all sorts of different kinds of coffee.
